How do Sommeliers stick their nose in a glass and be able to pull out different fruits, herbs,
spices, etc? How can you tell where a wine is from just by smelling it? We will walk through the
basics of tasting and evaluating wines, even down to the twist of the wrist to get that perfect
swirl in the glass. You will leave with a greater appreciation and enjoyment of wine.

I will walk beside you to create the wine program that fits the vision of your restaurant. I offer
assistance in creating your wine list, meeting and tasting with distributors to bring those wines
in, and training your team on how to confidently sell and serve them. This can be a one-time
consultation package or a monthly partnership.
